Meet Justine, my favorite teacher.
Justine came to SAW in 2012 and showed me her jaw-dropping portfolio and books. I'm a pretty lousy artist myself, but I know masterful work when I see it.I hired her to teach drawing at our school and we've been colleagues ever since.
And she's taught me so much. She helped me with my memoir, Rosalie Lightning, and just this week, helped me to get some drawings of a forest right.
Justine lives surrounded by art. This is her drawing studio.

She's taught me so much about art and drawing and clarity and impact. She says "all of that dazzling magic is within your reach, it is teachable."
