We ask that contributors donate what they can to facilitate printing and shipping of this anthology. Each contributor is entitled to one free contributor copy.
$7.00 pays for USA shipping in its entirety.
$32.00 pays for the book + USA shipping.
Anything over $50 helps keep SAW teaching more students in the future, thank you!
Unfortunately, international shipping costs fluctuate much more than standard US so we are unable to provide a completely accurate shipping donation rate for international orders. BUT… we did the best we could in the dropdown menu using average USPS and UPS international shipping costs from the USA.
