SAW Field Trip @ The Repurpose Project
Join us on a SAW Field Trip to the Repurpose Project! This is an informal meeting for SAW folks to get together and upcycle materials to design a one-of-a-kind gift or activity for a loved one this holiday season.
The Repurpose Project is a non-profit community based effort to divert useful resources from the landfill, redirect these items to the public for art and education, inspire creativity, and help us all rethink what we throw away. In short, they are a junk shop that specializes in material not accepted by traditional thrift stores. They are creating a circular economy for these hard to handle materials. Buying used is good for the earth. Let's all help protect the planet and buy USED!
This event is free!
